Return and Refund Policy

At Lumière Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not in love with your items, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via social media or email us at hello@lumiereparis.eu with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

• Need a different size? No problem! We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you received a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping in such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, certain items like socks or undergarments are non-returnable unless defective.
